DiagPlanner is now offline.

I launched DiagPlanner on the morning of March 24th—a free LLM-powered course advisor built specifically to help University of Michigan students plan their schedules more easily.

Instead of struggling with rigid tools, students could simply chat and get smart, personalized recommendations.

With zero marketing, it gained hundreds of users and reached thousands of impressions in less than a day. The feedback was amazing: many said it finally made course planning feel less stressful and more useful.

By evening, the University of Michigan contacted me and told me to shut it down because it used data from Atlas, which violates their Terms of Service. I have taken the site offline as requested.

I built and funded this entirely out of my own pocket because I genuinely wanted to help fellow students. I'm disappointed it had to end this way.

Thank you to everyone who tried it and gave feedback. It meant a lot.
